The S63 makes big power, but the factory charge cooling gives it up fast. Back-to-back pulls, canyon runs, or a few hot laps and the stock intercoolers heat soak — charge air temps climb, the DME pulls timing, and the car goes soft right when you're leaning on it. The Maxcore fixes the weak link.

Bigger core volume and higher fin density move a lot more heat than the factory units, dropping intake air temps under sustained load and keeping them there. The flow path is designed to hold cooling capacity without choking the car with pressure drop, so you get consistent power and sharper throttle response across the whole band instead of a strong first pull and a lazy second one. Built for FBO and tuned S63 setups that spend real time at load.
