Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping to USA on all orders of $99 dollars or more. Note: Some Exclusions Apply for Various Products
  • All orders below $99, in the USA, are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99
  • **WE DON'T CURENTLY SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA**
  • All orders will have a tracking number once it is created. Please allow up to 10-15 days for shipping.
  • If your product is delayed, we cannot refund or cancel your order if it already shipped. 

Returns Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the 15 day window passes before you make a claim, we will not be able to process your return request. **RETURN SHIPPING IS PAID FOR BY CUSTOMER**

A lot of items have different return policies and some items are NOT available for returns, so order at your own risk or reach out support@westcoasteuros.com to ask about the return policy on a certain item.

We will not be accepting returns on products where customer didn't verify that the product fits their vehicle. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. WEST COAST EUROS, LLC IS not responsible for damage caused by improper installation of our products. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Used items will not be eligible for returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees and Shipping

All returned items will be charged a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

The restocking fee is a 20% flat rate fee that is applied to your refund amount.

The restocking fee is in place to cover the time spent to recover, unpackage, and re place the item.

You, the customer, are responsible for shipping fees on a returned product unless the product WEST COAST EUROS, LLC sent you was wrong. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items ineligible for return policy are but not limited to:

  • Custom Products (steering wheels, etc)
  • Carbon Fiber Items: Lips, Spoilers, Diffusers, etc
  • Damaged or used goods

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items or gift cards. We will not accept returns on DAMAGED or USED goods.

Backordered Products

If your product is on backorder, we will notify you ASAP via email. If you wish the cancel an order that is on backorder, reach us at support@westcoasteuros.com for consideration.

Lost or Stolen Packages

WEST COAST EUROS, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
