Performance Parts Policy(s)
I understand that some parts purchased from West Coast Euros, LLC may not comply with Federal, State, Provincial, and/or Local laws, ordinances, and regulations. When purchasing these parts, you take full responsibility for ensuring that any modifications or upgrades made to my vehicle comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing road use, particularly those related to emissions and safety.
I acknowledge that West Coast Euros, LLC has informed me that certain parts are labeled as "Off-Road Use Only" and are intended strictly for vehicles used exclusively in off-road environments, such as racing or competition vehicles. These parts are not legal for use on public roads or highways, and installing them on a street-driven vehicle may be considered a violation of the EPA Clean Air Act Tampering Prohibition and related emissions laws.
By proceeding with this purchase, I release West Coast Euros, LLC from any responsibility or liability regarding the legality or regulatory compliance of these parts. This waiver applies specifically to the order number associated with this transaction and will remain in effect indefinitely.
Off-Road Use Only Compliance
I acknowledge that some parts I may order may not meet Federal, State, Province, or Local laws and regulations, particularly with regards to safety and emissions. I take full responsibility for ensuring that my vehicle modifications comply with all relevant laws and regulations for on-road use. I understand that these parts are intended for racing competition only and not meant for use on public roads. I relieve West Coast Euros, LLC of any responsibility in verifying that my vehicle complies with Federal, State, or Local regulations.
