Introducing the all-new LAB Hydroformed S58 Catless Downpipes, engineered for the BMW G80 M3, G82/G83 M4, and G87 M2.

Rather than constructing the downpipe from multiple sections welded together, LAB utilizes hydroformed stainless steel construction to dramatically reduce the number of welds throughout the system. The result is a cleaner, stronger, and more refined downpipe built to handle the demands of high-performance S58 applications.

Every set is manufactured to LAB Secret Formula Standards with an emphasis on strength, exhaust flow, fitment, and exceptional fabrication quality.

Why Hydroformed?

Traditional downpipes can require numerous welded sections to create their final shape. Every additional weld introduces another joint into the system.

Our hydroformed construction allows complex bends and transitions to be formed with significantly fewer welded sections, creating a more continuous and robust structure.

LAB Secret Formula Welding Standards

The welds we do use are done right.

Each downpipe is back-purged with argon during welding, helping protect the inside of the stainless steel weld from oxidation and contamination.

The result is the type of fabrication we expect from a LAB product: clean, strong, consistent welds inside and out.
